1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CreatorHub. By accessing our platform, booking advertisement slots, or registering as an independent content creator, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. For Advertisers & Clients

Advertisers must provide accurate text captions, high-resolution media assets, and specify target deployment timelines. All campaigns must comply with local digital advertising guidelines. CreatorHub reserves the right to reject media placements that contain fraudulent content, explicit material, or misleading text.

3. For Content Creators

• Exact Placement: Creators must publish the provided ad content exactly as instructed, without modifying the specified captions, links, or media files.
• Retention Period: Advertisements must remain live on the creator's page/channel for the entire window agreed upon during booking (e.g., 24 hours). Early removal will void the allocation.
• Verification: To claim settlement, creators must upload an unaltered screenshot showing clear metrics and impressions using their Secure Access Portal within 48 hours of assignment completion.

4. Payments, Settlements & Escrow

Funds deposited by advertisers are securely tracked in our ledger ecosystem. Once a creator uploads valid analytical proof and our administration verifies submission compliance, digital balance settlements are processed and routed directly to the creator's linked mobile wallet/account routing lines.

5. Limitation of Liability

CreatorHub acts as a marketplace facilitator connecting independent brand managers with digital curators. We are not responsible for organic engagement variations, platform algorithm changes, temporary third-party application service interruptions, or individual profile performance fluctuations.
